PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION PPSC challan From is that challan form which you have to submit in National Bank of Pakistan before applying online o any test of PPSC seat. 

PPSC Challan form is very easy to fill up. This Challan Form has 3 copies, you have to fill all three copies

1st copy of PPSC Challan Form is for Applicant

2nd copy is for Bank record 

3rd copy is being forwarded to PPSC Head office by the bank. 

You have to fill up all these copies and the same data is filled up in all three copies. 

In the first column, the Applicant Write his full name as written in his National ID card. 2nd column is already filled you don’t have to write anything in 2nd column,

The 3rd starts with ” Examination for the post of” after that Sentence applicant has to mention the post name which he is applying for. in the last line of 3rd column applicant must mention case number which is provided against the post in the advertisement of the post.

In 4th column of PPSC challan form fee amount of post will be a write-in. 

In the last applicant signed the challan form and also mention the fee amount in words.

ALL three copies of PPSC Challan form is filled up in the same manner. after that Cashier write the Challan Form ID in RED Pen which will be used while submitting the PPSC Online Form.
